Terms and ConditionsRegarding the Purchase of 2000% BE@RBRICK
Notes to Buyers
1. Buyers can purchasethe BE@RBRICK figurines on this website for HK$38,000/ $48,000/$58,000. Afterdeducting the costs, Harbour City will donate all proceeds to the "HongKong Blood Cancer Foundation".
2. Each BE@RBRICKfigurine comes with a unique numbered certificate and is limited to one perperson. Once sold out, no more will be available.
3. The BE@RBRICKfigurines showcased in this event present a remarkable deviation from theclassic BE@RBRICKs released by MEDICOM TOY. These figurines are uniquelycrafted from fiberglass material in all-in-one and non-action design and comewith a stand at the bottom. They do not include a packaging box.
4. All BE@RBRICKfigurines are now on public display at Harbour City. Buyers are advised toinspect the condition of the models before making a purchase.
5. All photos, images,specifications, sizes, and colours of the BE@RBRICK figurines are for referenceonly.
6. The BE@RBRICKfigurines sold are not for resale or any other commercial purposes. HarbourCity Estates Limited reserves the right to reclaim or cancel any figurines usedfor resale purposes.
Payment and Refund
7. The displayedprices for the BE@RBRICK figures are in Hong Kong dollars.
8. Each person canpurchase a maximum of 3 BE@RBRICK figurines, while supplies last.
9. Once an order isconfirmed, it cannot be changed, canceled, exchanged for cash or otherservices/products.
10. Buyers mustprovide a valid email address, Hong Kong delivery address and local Hong Kongmobile phone number for checkout purposes.
11. This website onlyaccepts payment via credit card.
12. The BE@RBRICKfigurines will not be reserved until successful payment is made. Harbour Cityis not responsible for incomplete transactions due to insufficient stock.
13. After successfullysubmitting an order, buyers will receive a payment confirmation email. Aconfirmation email will be received within one working day.
Delivery Service
14. Delivery serviceis only available in Hong Kong and does not support international shipping.
15. Once the purchaseis confirmed, Harbour City will arrange delivery of the BE@RBRICK figurines tothe buyer's registered address within 30 days. Harbour City has commissioned athird-party company to handle the delivery. The actual delivery date will bearranged and notified by the third-party company based on the actualcircumstances. The shipping fee is borne by the buyer.
16. If the delivery isunsuccessful for unknown reasons, Harbour City will notify the buyer of analternative pick-up location via email.
17. Harbour City willnot be liable for any delays, damages, or losses during the item's transportation.
18. Buyers mustpresent the relevant order confirmation email when collecting the BE@RBRICKmodel. Screenshots will not be accepted.
Other Matters
19. Any purchases madeon this website are not eligible for Harbour City coupons, gifts, or freeparking offers, nor can VIC Club member points be earned.
20. Harbour CityEstates Limited reserves the right to change, terminate, or suspend thiswebsite, as well as modify the terms and conditions at any time without priornotice.
