Using pottery as inspiration, this workshop unleashes a tactile dialogue between your hands and body with clay. Through basic martial arts dance movements like punching, pushing, throwing, and tossing, your body becomes a tool for expressing emotions. Just like playing a game, try to "throw" your thoughts into the clay, focusing on feeling the texture of the mud in your hands, moving in rhythm, and connecting with yourself and the surrounding space. The workshop emphasizes fun over seriousness, encouraging participants to play and feel with their bodies. No experience is necessary, making it easy for everyone to join in.

Attire: Sportswear and sports shoes (Clothes may get dirty during the workshop, please wear suitable attire or bring a spare change of clothes)
